Yes, Recharge offers a 60-day free trial period for the Starter plan. The trial begins on the day you install the Recharge app for your store and you will not be charged any fees during the trial period.
When does billing begin after the trial?
After the trial ends, your recurring monthly billing cycle will begin. Recharge follows a monthly billing cycle, and you will be billed after the first full billing cycle you complete, not including the free trial period.
Is Recharge pricing separate from other ecommerce platform fees?
Yes, all Recharge pricing is in addition to any other services your store may use, such as your ecommerce platform, payment processor, and other ecommerce applications.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Merchants on the Starter plan can move up whenever ready. Plus and Custom plans run on 12-month terms, allowing you to upgrade during your term as volume grows and downgrade when your term expires.
