Users can upload files, paste links from YouTube or TikTok, connect cloud storage like Google Drive, or record meetings via a Chrome extension. The platform includes 14+ AI models for chat, summarization and analysis across transcripts, all included free on every plan.
For sensitive or confidential work, the desktop app runs entirely offline with on-device transcription and AI processing—audio never leaves the machine or reaches third-party AI companies. Transcripts can be exported to multiple formats including DOCX, PDF and PPTX. It works with all major meeting platforms including Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Webex.

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my unused minutes?
Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. Your minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

What payment methods do you accept?
LiteScribe accepts major credit cards and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
