How accurate is the transcription?
For clean, single-speaker audio, accuracy reaches up to 99.8%. Accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, and number of speakers. Strong accents, heavy background noise, or low-quality recordings may reduce accuracy, but you can always edit the transcript directly in the editor.
Is there a free plan and do I need a credit card?
Yes, the Starter plan is free with 30 minutes of transcription when you sign up, and they never expire. Short files are transcribed in full; for files longer than 10 minutes you see the first 10 minutes, and the whole transcript opens with a minute pack from $5 or a paid plan. No credit card is required.
Is my audio data secure and who has access to my files?
Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and team members you explicitly invite can access your transcripts. BlaBlaScribe does not use your audio or transcript data to train AI models. Files are automatically deleted after your plan's storage period expires.
