How do I update my listing on other sites at once?
When your company is listed on multiple sites, saving changes to your details here updates them everywhere automatically.

If your company has a shop window on other launch and discovery sites too, you do not have to edit each one separately. Change something here, and we handle the rest.
What syncs across all your listings
These details are the same everywhere and update in one go:
- Your company name, website and logo
- Homepage screenshot, links and milestones
- Screenshots, demo video and founders
- Your founder profile and story
- Team access and billing details
- Sign-in security and VAT number
We also rewrite your tagline, short description, long description, features and FAQs in each site's own words to match what you wrote. Search engine titles and descriptions are generated fresh for each site.
Choosing where changes go
When you save changes to your tagline or short description in the listing editor, you will see a choice next to "Publish changes":
- All my listings of the company: every site gets your update in its own words (selected by default).
- Only this site: keep this change here and nowhere else.
- Choose sites: pick which sites to update from a ticked list.
Only the details you changed in that save are applied. Each site keeps its own record, so we can roll back one site alone if you need to.
Copying taglines and descriptions that differ
On /account/listings, "Copy details" shows where your tagline or short description already differs between sites. Tick the boxes and we apply this site's wording to the others, each in its own words.
Additional categories
If you have paid for extra categories ($5), the same choices apply when you edit them. Categories a site does not have or cannot fit are left out there, and we let you know.
What stays separate
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured and sponsored placements, and badges are kept per site. Paid profile sections on a free listing stay locked until you upgrade there.
Questions people ask
- If I change my company details, do I have to update every site by hand?
- No. Edit your details here and we send them to your other listings at once. Your tagline, short description, long description, features, FAQs and pricing text are rewritten for each site in its own voice; the shared details stay exactly the same.
- Can I keep one site different from the others?
- Yes. When you save, choose "Only this site" to change just this listing, or "Choose sites" to pick which ones get the update. A tagline or short description set that way stays as you wrote it and is not rewritten.
- What happens to my votes and reviews when listings sync?
- They stay on each site separately. Votes, rankings, launches and any sponsored placements are never copied between sites.
