Does viral.app take a cut from creator payouts?
No. The brand pays the platform fee. The payout provider Talentir may charge a fee for certain payment methods, such as 2.5% for PayPal, which creators see before confirming.
Where do I find creators?
On the Canvas UGC marketplace, included with every plan. Post a job and creators apply with their full profile: portfolio videos, connected social accounts, languages, and location. Chat with applicants in Creator Hub, hire the ones that fit, and pay them through the same platform. Creators join the marketplace on their own; creators you invite to your workspace stay private and never appear on it.
