Do you need my Instagram password?
No, never. Exploreel only needs your handle. If you later choose to connect your account, that will only use Instagram's official sign-in for your professional account, and nobody will ever ask for your password.
How often will I get WhatsApp messages?
Monthly on Starter, weekly on Creator and Pro, with breakout alerts only on Pro. You only get messages if you opt in at signup, and you can reply STOP anytime.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi and Hinglish are available at launch, with more languages coming next. You can select your language when you sign up.
Can agencies use Exploreel?
Yes. The Pro plan includes 3 seats, client workspaces, white-label PDF reports, and API and MCP access for running Exploreel for multiple clients.
