Do creators need to log in or connect their accounts?

No. ViewTracker only uses public data. It records the public view, like, comment, share and save counts that TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook show on public videos and profiles. Creators never log in, share passwords or connect their accounts. If you run campaigns, creators can optionally submit their video links through a creator portal.

How often are videos refreshed?

Regular monitoring runs every 24 hours on Starter, Pro and Growth plans, or every 12 hours on Ultra and Scale plans, within your shared monthly data credits. The Free plan refreshes weekly. Videos outside monitoring slots keep their history and refresh only on request using the same credits.
