See a paint color on your own walls with undertones, LRV and a visualizer before you buy
TryMyHome is a paint color site with an AI visualizer that shows how colors look on photos of your own room, including undertones and light reflectance values.
About this launch

TryMyHome helps homeowners visualize paint colors before buying. The site displays paint color pages with undertones, LRV (light reflectance values), and light-direction notes for Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Farrow & Ball colors. Users can upload a photo of their room or house exterior and see how colors look on their own space using an AI visualizer. The service lets users compare multiple colors side-by-side on their photo and order peel-and-stick samples through Samplize before committing to a gallon of paint.
Each color page measures undertone and LRV, shows the color in four rooms, and lists the closest colors in the catalog. The site emphasizes that renders are illustrative previews meant to help narrow choices, not replace physical samples. Users get their first 3 renders free; after that, a subscription provides a monthly allowance for exploring colors room by room.

Shopper questions
Is the paint visualizer free?
Your first 3 renders are free. After that a subscription adds a monthly allowance for exploring colors throughout your house, room by room.
How accurate are the renders?
Each render is an AI paint-over guided by the color's published digital swatch. It helps you explore a color alongside your floor, trim and furniture, but it does not measure how the paint will look in your lighting. Always confirm with a physical sample before you buy paint.
Which paint brands are covered?
Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore and Farrow & Ball, starting with the colors people search for most in each. Benjamin Moore and Farrow & Ball pages show the color's closest Sherwin-Williams matches by measurement.
What is LRV, and why does every page show it?
Light Reflectance Value is the share of light a color bounces back, from 0 for black to 100 for pure white. It predicts how bright a room will feel and how much a color will change with light and shade.
Can I try a color on the outside of my house?
Yes. Upload a photo of the front of the house and the visualizer repaints the siding, leaving the roof, trim, windows and landscaping as they are. Colors the manufacturer sells for exterior use say so on their page.
