Sylon is a complete Discord management bot that combines layered protection against spam, advertising and server attacks with a full moderation toolkit, professional ticket system, leveling and giveaways, all configured through a web dashboard. What happens when the trial ends?
Every Sylon system stops on that server and its commands answer with a notice instead of running. Your settings are kept, and subscribing brings the server back exactly as you left it. The company notifies you a week before, three days before, a day before and five hours before the trial ends.
How long are my settings kept after trial or subscription ends?
Settings are kept for 30 days from the day access ends. Subscribe within that window and everything is exactly where you left it; after that period the configuration is deleted permanently and the server must be set up again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, any time from the dashboard in one click. There is no contract and no notice period, and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
What if PayPal does not work in my country?
You can use a bank transfer instead. Sylon holds accounts in eleven currencies, so most people can pay domestically without an international fee. A bank transfer covers a year at a time.
Is one subscription for one server or multiple servers?
One subscription covers one server and does not change with how many members it has.
