Probed is a community chat platform that combines channels, threads, direct messages and voice rooms with video and screen share, similar to Discord and Slack. Built in are an ideas board where members post and vote on suggestions, a public roadmap showing planned and completed features, and feedback forms for structured input. The product is designed to keep community conversations, feedback and product updates in one place instead of scattered across multiple tools. Members join free on all plans; only the space owner pays a flat monthly fee.

Pricing model: Freemium
Free for up to 25 members. Premium is $19/month for up to 250 members or $190/year. Business is $99/month for up to 2,500 members or $990/year. Community map add-on is $8 per seat per month or $80 per year.

Do members have to pay?
Never. Only the space owner pays. Members join free on every plan, including the paid ones.
How do Community map seats work?
The Community map is an add-on for Premium and Business spaces costing $8 per seat per month or $80 per year. You choose which members get a seat, and you can add seats later.
What feedback features does Probed include?
An ideas board and public roadmap come on every plan, showing what is planned, in progress and completed. Premium adds feedback forms for structured requests and an anonymous inbox for candid input.
Can people see the roadmap publicly?
Yes. Your roadmap can be public, so members and anyone else can follow what's planned and what just shipped.
