How does recording with #9 work?
Press # then 9 during an ordinary call. Square9 records that call, writes it down and files it against the right person, company and project, with no app to open and no bot on the line. It is live with Unifon in Norway today, and more operators are on the way.
Do we have to change phone, number or phone system?
No. You call from the same number and the same phone as today. There is no new app to open during the call.
What can I ask Square9 by text?
You can ask anything about your own work: what a customer said, what you promised, or what is still open on a project. Square9 answers by text from your calls, meetings, notes and tasks.
Are my recordings stored?
Audio is transcribed and then discarded. Only the text transcript and the AI summary are kept, both encrypted and accessible only to you and your workspace.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no lock-in. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
