SocialGrow connects through Meta authorization and uses official Instagram APIs without asking for your password or scraping your account. No provider can guarantee an account will never be restricted. Use supported triggers, send relevant replies to people who interacted, and follow Meta's current messaging rules and limits. You can disconnect the app at any time.
How fast are the auto-DMs sent?
Delivery depends on event eligibility and Meta and network processing. SocialGrow starts the configured workflow when it receives a supported event. You can check activity and exceptions in your dashboard.
How does lead capture work?
Your DM can ask for an email or phone number. When someone replies with one, SocialGrow checks that it looks real, saves it to your contact list, and sends a short confirmation. On mobile, phone numbers can be shared with a single tap.
What does YouTube cross-posting do?
Connect a YouTube channel and your new Instagram Reels are uploaded there as Shorts automatically, with a title and description included. You can also pick older Reels to send across one at a time.
