Replyinger runs on Meta's official API and only messages people who contacted you first, within Meta's 24-hour messaging window. It requires a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) and supports multiple connected accounts and team members on paid plans.

Will Instagram flag my account?
Replyinger runs on Meta's official API and only messages people who contacted you first within Meta's 24-hour messaging window. It never asks for your password.
Does it work on Reels and Stories?
Yes, Replyinger works on Reel comments and post comments, with story replies and reactions having their own dedicated trigger.
Do I need a business account?
Instagram requires a professional account (Business or Creator type). Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. A Facebook Page is not required to connect Instagram.
Does it work with Facebook Pages?
Yes, Replyinger works with Facebook Pages. Comments on your Page posts get a private reply in Messenger, and Messenger chats get conversation starters and keyword replies. Personal Facebook profiles cannot be connected.
Can it reply to comments from before I set it up?
Yes. Run any comment automation on the last 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days of comments. Instagram only allows a private reply within 7 days of a comment.
