About this launch
PitchPoint is a free social platform for ideas. Anyone with an idea, a startup or a prototype presents it in a 30-60 second video; people discover it in a vertical feed, compare it with other ideas and say whether it has a future.
Every pitch is automatically subtitled in 21 languages, enabling ideas recorded in Spanish, Italian or Japanese to be understood in other countries. The platform works on the web, with an iPhone app currently in beta before App Store launch and an Android app planned.
Founders retain all rights to their videos and can choose whether to make their project page public. PitchPoint is an early-stage project founded and run by Tommaso Flaminio from Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, and is bootstrapped.
