What are AI credits, and do they expire?
Credits pay for AI features in Mozonic Studio like the assistant, cloud analysis, and audio generation. One hundred credits equals $1 of usage. Starter includes 500 per month and Pro includes 2,000 per month. Free includes none. Credits that come with your plan expire at the end of each month and don't stack, but purchased credits don't expire. Any plan, including Free, can buy credits. The DAW itself and local work cost no credits.
Do I need a paid plan to use Mozonic Studio?
No. Mozonic Studio is free on every plan, including Free. Recording, editing, mixing, mastering, your own VST3 and Audio Unit plugins, and exporting are all included without a subscription. A plan or credit pack only buys the AI features, except Mozonic Agent for Ableton Live which requires Pro.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Use Subscription in your Mozonic account to upgrade or pick a different paid plan with monthly or annual Stripe checkout. If you already pay through Stripe, Manage Billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal to update payment methods, switch plans, or cancel. Returning to Free happens when your current paid period ends. Activation codes from retail partners are separate from card billing.
What payment methods does Mozonic accept?
Direct checkout on mozonic.com is processed by Stripe and typically includes major credit and debit cards, PayPal when available, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported.
Do you offer student discounts?
No student discount program exists today. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade when it fits. If education pricing is added later, it will be posted on the pricing page.
