What is included in each pricing plan?
Free includes unlimited members and courses, community feed, free events and direct messaging on a lockers.social address with 250 MB storage. Basic ($7/month) adds unlimited video hosting and selling of courses and tickets with 5% platform fee and 1 GB storage. Pro ($67/month) adds paid memberships, live hosting with 200 attendee-hours monthly, custom domain, quizzes, certificates, AI tutor, API/webhooks and 25 GB storage.
Can I start for free?
Yes, Lockers has a completely free plan with no card required that includes unlimited members and courses, community feed, free events and direct messaging.
What happens to my community if I cancel Pro?
Your Locker moves to the plan you choose and nothing is deleted. Members who bought a course keep it, and paid members keep access through the period they paid for. Their renewals keep running while Pro is active, and once Pro ends, Lockers sets each to stop renewing at the end of the current period. Your custom domain keeps routing for 14 days, then visitors use your lockers.social address.
Can I sell courses and charge membership fees?
Yes. Basic lets you sell individual courses and event tickets with a 5% platform fee. Pro adds paid memberships at monthly or yearly prices, where members get every course in that Locker included with a 1% platform fee. Platform fees are charged on top of Stripe processing costs.
What can I do on Pro that I can't do on Basic?
Pro adds paid memberships, live hosting with recording for up to 100 people and 200 attendee-hours monthly, a custom domain, lesson quizzes, completion certificates, an AI lesson tutor, API and webhooks for tool integrations, and detailed learning progress tracking.
