Gixo is a platform of seven AI-assisted workflow products: Quill for articles and content, Lumen for presentations and slides, Arc for proposals, Business for briefs and recommendations, Lex for legal and compliance documents, Folio for books and long-form publishing, and Prism for charts, diagrams, infographics and campaign kits.

The products share infrastructure for source acquisition, AI orchestration, collaboration, and export while maintaining distinct rules for each workflow. Gixo also publishes 70 free deterministic tools that run without accounts, logins, or AI model calls—including file converters, checkers, and makers that produce consistent results from the same input.

Each paid product opens with a 14-day free trial requiring no card. Paid plans are priced per seat for most products and include features like brand kits, team collaboration, and editable exports. The platform is operated by founder Hardik Parikh, who is the sole human software developer and holds end-to-end responsibility for product direction, architecture, and production operation.

Shopper questions

Do I need an account to use Gixo's free tools?

No. All 70 tools are public and anonymous with no sign-up, no email gate, and no card required. They were deliberately made accessible because a login screen stopped directories, roundups, and AI answer engines from seeing what the tools do.

Are the free tools AI-powered?

No. Every tool is deterministic, using fixed arithmetic, fixed rules, and fixed scoring weights executed on Gixo's own servers. None call an AI model, so the same input always returns identical output and your text is never sent to a model provider.

Is anything I paste stored?

No. Anonymous runs are not written to a Gixo account or document library. Usage is counted against an anonymous visitor and session cookie so Gixo knows which tools get used, but the content you paste is not attached to a named user.

Do I need to enter a card to test Gixo's paid products?

No. Quill, Lumen, Business, Arc, Lex, and Prism each offer a product-specific 14-day trial with no credit card required. Folio uses its current pricing page. Trial access and paid capabilities follow the selected product.

Can I buy Gixo through Azure Marketplace or procurement?

Yes. Core business products are available through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and larger teams can contact Gixo for bundled pricing, security review, and private-offer buying paths.
