Text to Speech requests provide a WAV file for playback and download. Live Talk provides a downloadable text transcript. A conversation transcript is a written record rather than an audio recording, and the Studio does not offer a download of the underlying voice model.

What happens if a call or generation fails?

The Studio displays the error and supports retrying an unresolved operation. Confirmed failed speech generations are refunded. Unused reserved credits from a call are returned when settlement completes.
