Bandmixr® is an AI-powered online mixing and mastering platform built for musicians, bands, and producers. Upload your raw stems—vocals, drums, bass, guitars and more—and the platform analyzes each track individually, applies genre-aware processing with EQ, compression, reverb and panning, and automatically resolves frequency clashes between instruments. Choose your genre from options including Rock/Indie, Pop, Acoustic, Hip Hop, Metal, Electronic and others, or select General for genre-neutral mixing.
After mixing, apply one-click mastering with preset options (Streaming, Standard, or Loud) or upload a reference track to guide the sound. Downloads are available as 44.1kHz/24-bit WAV, FLAC, or MP3 files ready for Spotify, Apple Music and other streaming platforms. The platform runs entirely in your browser with no plugins or software installation needed.
Bandmixr® also includes free tools: the Mix Analyzer checks your mix or master for loudness, peaks, clipping and tonal balance with actionable feedback, and the Rehearsal Cutter automatically splits long recordings into individual songs. What audio formats are supported?
For mixing and mastering, Bandmixr® supports WAV, FLAC, MP3, and AIFF. The Rehearsal Cutter accepts WAV, FLAC, MP3, MP4, and M4A. Lossless formats like WAV or FLAC are recommended for best results.
Do I own the music I create on Bandmixr®?
Yes, you own 100% of your music. Bandmixr® claims zero rights to your stems, mixes, or masters. There is no licensing, usage clause, or transfer of ownership. Your files are never shared or used to train machine-learning models and are permanently deleted when you delete them.
How does reference matching work for mastering?
When mastering on Creator or Pro plans, you can upload a reference track—a released song whose sound you want to match. Bandmixr® analyzes the reference's tonal balance across nine frequency bands and stereo width, then shapes your master's EQ and width toward it. The loudness and compression follow your chosen preset, keeping your master clean instead of over-compressed.
