Free listings show four profile sections as locked. They open when you upgrade to a paid launch, and what you enter is saved.

Your basic profile, locked and ready
When you open a free shop with us, you get a core profile straight away. You can fill in your name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs, social links, logo, homepage screenshot, your own screenshots and comparisons whenever you like — these are always open to edit at /account/listings.
Below those essentials, four richer sections sit locked on your free listing:
- Founder story: your own story, linked from the listing
- Milestones: the dated steps of your product's journey
- Demo video: a link to your product in action
- Dofollow website link: a proper followed link to your website
What 'locked' really means
Don't worry — whatever you type into a locked section is saved the moment you write it. As soon as you upgrade, that section opens and your work is there, ready to show. You are not starting from scratch.
Unlock them with a paid launch
To open all four sections and get that dofollow link to your website, upgrade your free listing to a paid launch ($5). Sign in, head to /account/listings, find your listing and tap 'Upgrades and extras'. That's it — your full profile is live.
