Refunds on Launch It Online

When money comes back and when it does not: our decision or mistake means a full refund, breaking the rules means none.

Updated

In short

Purchases are not refundable once paid, as the terms say. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When we take a listing down

There are two possible reasons for taking a paid listing down; they lead to different outcomes. Our decision or our mistake: a full automatic refund of every payment for the listing to the original payment method, plus a credit note. Breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy means no refund at all - not for the listing, not for a listing from a multi-site purchase, not for its add-ons. The paid items come off the site, and we tell you.

Multi-site and crypto

With a multi-site purchase, a take-down by our decision on one site refunds that site's share only; the other listings stay up. Crypto payments are refunded by hand once you have given us a wallet address.

If you dispute a payment

A disputed or reversed payment takes down everything bought with that order until the dispute is settled; if it goes our way, it can be restored.

Refund side effects

First-order promo codes become usable again after a full refund. Two Featured orders, one refunded: the listing keeps the days of the other. If a sponsorship is refunded, its slot dates return to sale.
