Shopper questions
What is the best way to use hearEQ?
Start with just one or two frequencies and practice regularly. An easy frequency to begin with is 4 kHz. Once you achieve scores of 8/10 or more, add another frequency. Practice 10-12 minutes daily and avoid overtraining.
What is an equalizer?
An equalizer lets you adjust different frequency parts of sound up or down. Sound has low parts like bass, high parts like treble, and everything in between. An equalizer can transform a muddy, unclear song into clear, rich, and exactly how you want it to sound.
Is it better to practice with headphones or speakers?
Both are valuable. Quality speakers or headphones in a quiet environment should be your foundation for focused practice. Additionally, practicing with background noise, poor quality speakers, or non-ideal conditions helps you develop the valuable skill of listening deeply despite audio distraction.
