Style Look Lab is a personal style companion that combines free quizzes, photo-based color analysis, and AI hairstyle previews to help you explore what suits you. The platform offers seasonal color analysis showing how your coloring appears across temperature, depth, clarity, and contrast, with practical palette guidance. Hairstyle AI lets you preview selected cuts, lengths, and colors on your own photo before making a change.

What is included in a Complete Report?

Your report covers your color season, skin, eye and hair color profile, and a personalized palette with HEX codes and wear tips. It includes outfit ideas for work, weekends, dates, travel and events, plus makeup, hairstyle, hair color, glasses, earring and necklace recommendations with AI styling previews tailored to your photo and styling preferences.

How is a Complete Report different from a credit pack?

A Complete Report gives you personalized analysis and styling recommendations with its own AI previews. Credit packs give you credits to generate individual hairstyle, hair color, glasses and brow previews. Buying credits does not unlock a Complete Report.

Do credits ever expire?

No. Buy a pack once and the credits stay in your account until you spend them with no clock or monthly reset.

What happens to my photos?

Photos are sent to third-party AI providers needed to build your report and requested styling images, then stored securely while your account exists so you can return to your reports. Photos are not used to train the company's own models or sold, and account deletion requests removal of associated images.

Is there a refund policy?

Complete reports and one-time credit packs are generally non-refundable. If a refund is required by law, you were charged more than once, or the company cannot deliver a paid report, you can email contact@stylelooklab.com.
