Write your message once with the key point and details, and Refract's AI automatically adapts it to match each platform's format, character limits, and style conventions—keeping links, prices, and dates exactly as you wrote them. You review and approve every version before anything publishes, maintaining full control over what goes out. The platform connects 12 networks today including TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress, Discord, Tumblr, Slack, Pixelfed and DEV, with Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X coming soon. Beyond writing, Refract includes a calendar for scheduling with drag-and-drop rescheduling, a Studio for creating and editing images and video in the right dimensions for each network, and analytics to track performance. Teams can collaborate with roles, approvals, and per-person AI credit limits, while agencies can manage multiple client workspaces with white-label options.

Does Refract post anything without my approval?
No. Every version the AI writes waits for your approval. When you make the same edit on 3 posts within 30 days, Refract suggests a rule, but it never adds one without asking.
What is starting from a note?
You write the point, one detail and what to do next. Refract writes a version for each network in your voice and follows each network's rules. Links, prices and dates stay exactly as you wrote them. Each version costs 1 credit, or none with your own key.
Which networks can I connect today?
TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, WordPress, Discord, Tumblr, Slack, Pixelfed and DEV are available. Instagram, Facebook, Threads and X are coming soon.
What happens when my trial ends?
Scheduling pauses and nothing is deleted. Pick a plan and your waiting posts go out again. You choose whether posts that missed their time go out right away or move to drafts.
Can clients approve posts without a seat?
Yes. On agency plans each client gets a workspace, a link in your brand to connect their accounts, and approval by link.
