ReciteMail is a private email assistant for small businesses and teams that drafts replies to customer, client and supplier emails in the user's own voice. Users can dictate, paste or screenshot an email, pick a tone (warm, firm, apologetic or concise), and receive a polished reply within seconds that they review and send themselves. The app learns writing style from the user's past emails and can work across more than 60 languages.
The product is designed local-first with strong privacy protections. All imported email lives encrypted on the user's computer in an AES-256 encrypted database and is never uploaded in bulk to company servers. When drafting, only the single message being replied to and chosen context is sent to the language model; nothing else leaves the device. Messages are never used to train AI models and are not stored on ReciteMail's servers.
ReciteMail runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. One account works on up to two devices simultaneously. It supports importing email from Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Zoho Mail, Proton Mail, Tuta, Yahoo Mail, AOL Mail and any IMAP mailbox. The app includes templates that adapt to new messages, voice-to-draft conversion, screenshot reading, and support for new team members to draft in the business's established voice while signing with their own name.

Does ReciteMail use AI?
Yes. A language model writes the first draft, then you read it, edit it and send it yourself. It never sends anything on its own and it never connects to your inbox. Your messages are not used for training and are not stored on the company's servers.
Does my email leave my computer?
Your mail is stored locally and encrypted on your own machine. When you draft, only that one message plus the context you choose is sent to the model that writes the draft, then the result comes back to you. Nothing is uploaded in bulk.
Is my email used to train AI?
No. Your messages are never used to train AI models. ReciteMail's provider's paid service does not use content sent through it for training. Your messages are used only to write your draft and are never stored on ReciteMail's servers.
