About this launch
Preflight is a social media scheduler for twelve networks: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr. It checks every post against each network's rules before publishing, showing character limits, aspect ratios, and video lengths violated before the post leaves. Each post is previewed on a phone in each network's layout before scheduling.
The service offers client approvals through a shareable link that requires no account or login. Clients see the exact post and media, scheduled time, and can approve or request changes. Published posts can be edited or deleted from Preflight without signing into each platform where the network's API allows it.
Preflight provides a REST API and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI agents to list channels, validate posts against platform rules, upload media, schedule, publish and read performance metrics. Every feature is available on all plans; paid tiers increase the number of channels, monthly publishes, video file size limits, data retention, team seats and AI caption rewrites.

Which social networks can Preflight publish to?
Preflight publishes to twelve networks: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (feed, Reels and stories), Facebook Pages, Threads, LinkedIn (personal profiles; Company Pages once LinkedIn's review is through), Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr. Each account is connected through the platform's own sign-in or, for Telegram and Discord, its own bot. X (Twitter) is not supported yet.
What happens when a caption breaks a platform's rules?
The post is refused before it leaves and the composer shows which network objected and by how much, such as 24 characters over on Bluesky, a video too long for a Short, or an image the wrong shape for Instagram. You can fix it while it is still a draft instead of discovering the issue after half the networks have published.
Can I schedule video, and how large can it be?
Yes. Video can be scheduled to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Tumblr; Pinterest accepts only images. On paid plans, files up to 40 minutes and 600 MB can be uploaded in parts with resume capability if the connection drops. The Free plan accepts files up to 200 MB. Each platform's duration and size limits are checked before upload starts.
Can a client approve posts without an account?
Yes. You send the client a link that opens a page showing the exact post, media, networks and scheduled time with two buttons: approve or ask for changes with a note. No account, password or invitation is needed. An approved post publishes at its scheduled time; a returned one goes back to you with the note. If the post is edited after approval it requires a new approval.
Is there a free trial?
Pro is free for 14 days, once per person. It requires a card that is not charged during the trial. When the trial ends the monthly price is charged, unless you cancelled before, in which case your account reverts to Free with everything still there. The Free plan itself needs no card and has no time limit.
