Auto cross-posting and social media backup for content creators

A web app that automatically reposts videos and photos to multiple social accounts and backs them up to your own cloud storage.

About this launch

Post Once watches your primary social media account and automatically reposts every new video and photo to your other accounts. The app works across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads and X, letting you reach audiences on multiple platforms without manual uploading or caption copying.

Beyond cross-posting, Post Once backs up every post with its caption to your own cloud storage on Google Drive, Dropbox, Backblaze B2 or Amazon S3. This protects your content from account loss and keeps an archive you control.

The service also includes automatic retry functionality: if a repost fails, Post Once tries again up to 5 times and emails you if it still cannot post, with a one-click option to retry manually. It alerts you before connections run out.

Shopper questions

How does the free plan work?

You get 10 reposts and 10 backups with every feature turned on. There is no card required, no watermark and no delay. They do not reset each month, so you can take your time and test it on your own posts before paying.

What counts as a repost?

One new post on your source account counts as one repost, no matter how many accounts it goes to. It only counts once at least one of those accounts has received it.

Where do backups go?

Backups go to your own Google Drive, Dropbox, Backblaze B2 or Amazon S3, with the caption saved beside each post. Free and Solo plans back up your first 10 posts, while Studio and Agency back up every post. Storage costs are between you and your storage provider.

What is your refund policy?

Your first payment on any paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email hello@postonce.com within 30 days of payment and you get a full refund. After 30 days, partial periods are not refunded unless required by local law.

How do I pay?

You pay by card through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and a yearly plan costs the same as 10 months of monthly billing.
