What devices can I use Polycam on?
Polycam is available on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro), Android devices, and web browsers. Space Mode scanning is exclusively available on compatible iOS devices.
What file types can Polycam export?
Basic Plan exports .gltf format. Business and Enterprise Plans support 3D Models (.obj, .fbx, .dae, .usdz, .stl, .ply, .las, .pts, .xyz) and Documentation (.pdf, .png, .svg, .csv).
Do higher-priced subscription plans provide better-quality captures?
The core capture technology is consistent across all plans. However, paid plans provide higher image limits (up to 2,000 images vs 150 on free plan), which generally result in more detailed and accurate 3D models.
What happens if I reach my capture limit on a plan?
You can either delete existing captures to free up space or upgrade your plan for a higher capture limit.
