The desktop app is free for personal, non-commercial use on Windows and Linux and works fully offline, keeping all files on your own disk with no account required. Solo adds cloud sync and backup for €35 as a one-time payment, enabling commercial work. Pro at €5/month or €50/year includes 99 GB of cloud storage, shared boards via links and collaborative editing. Team at €50/month or €500/year adds shared workspaces for teams of three with role-based permissions.

Does Moodis work offline?
Yes. The desktop app keeps your boards as files on your own disk and needs no account, so it opens, edits and saves with no connection at all. Cloud backup, sharing and the web app are the parts that need one.
What happens to my files if I cancel Pro?
Your local boards are files on your own machine and stay exactly where they are on any plan or none. Cloud-stored boards go read-only when the paid period ends, and are scheduled for deletion 90 days after that, so you can export anything you want to keep before then. Resubscribing restores full access.
Is anything uploaded or tracked by the desktop app?
No. The desktop app collects no analytics and sends nothing anywhere; your files stay on your machine unless you turn on cloud backup. The website uses Plausible for page views, which is cookieless and stores no IP addresses.
Can I use Moodis for client work?
Yes. Solo covers one person's commercial work for €35 once, and Pro or Team add sharing, collaborative editing and team boards. The free desktop app is for personal, non-commercial work.
Can I upgrade Solo to Pro?
Yes, at any time: subscribe to Pro and it runs alongside your Solo licence, taking you to 99 GB with sharing and collaborative editing. Nothing is lost if you later cancel Pro, because the Solo licence underneath stays valid and the account falls back to 9 GB rather than to the free tier.
