Lineup Builder is a free web application for creating football team lineups. It provides a visual pitch where users can drag players into position, select from preset formations like 4-3-3, 4-4-2, and 3-5-2, or create custom formations. Users enter player names and numbers, choose team kits, and compare formations side by side. The tool generates print-ready PDF team sheets, high-resolution PNG images, and shareable links that encode the entire lineup. All processing runs in the browser with no server uploads, accounts, or watermarks. It also includes a squad list export feature for referee sheets and club noticeboards.

Is this lineup builder free?
Yes. Free with no account to make, no watermark across the pitch, and only one small lineupdesk.com line outside the board on exported images.
How do I share a lineup?
Press Copy link to encode the entire board, formation, names, numbers and kit into a web address. The link is the save file and anyone who opens it sees the exact lineup with no server copy or sign-in required.
Which formations are included?
Preset chips for 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1, 3-4-3 and 5-3-2, plus a free box that accepts any shape of two to five lines with one to six players in each, adding up to ten outfielders.
Can I print the lineup?
Yes. Download PDF gives a vector file sized for A4 landscape that prints at full size and scales to any paper. Download PNG provides high-resolution for posting online. The PDF uses Helvetica, so accented and non-Latin letters may be affected, while the PNG keeps every character.
Does anything get uploaded?
No. The board, image and share link are all made in the browser. The lineup only leaves your machine when you send the link or image to someone yourself.
