KATALOG
A library manager for large, owned music collections
A macOS music library manager for collectors, DJs, producers and labels that keeps files unchanged and works with Serato, rekordbox and Apple Music.
About this launch

KATALOG is a music library manager designed for collectors, DJs, producers and labels who work with large music collections. Unlike streaming services, it manages files you own—unreleased tracks, out-of-print records, white labels, promos, and edits that exist only on your drive.
The app keeps your audio files exactly where they are in whatever format they already are, never moving, renaming or re-encoding anything. It offers four layouts—Play, Prep, Studio and Desk—each tailored to different workflows, from DJing with AI-mixed sets and harmonic matching to preparing releases for distribution.
KATALOG works with your existing libraries, reading and writing to Serato, rekordbox, Traktor, Engine, VirtualDJ, Mixxx and Apple Music in both directions. It writes metadata—artwork, lyrics, tags, tempo and beatgrids—into the files themselves so they carry with you to any other app or machine. The app runs locally with no cloud, no telemetry and no account needed.

Shopper questions
What happens to my music files when I use KATALOG?
Your audio files stay exactly where they are in whatever format they already are. Nothing is moved, renamed or re-encoded. KATALOG keeps its own database separate from your files.
Can I use KATALOG with my existing DJ software?
Yes. KATALOG works with Serato, rekordbox, Traktor, Engine, VirtualDJ and Mixxx. It reads and writes crates, cues, loops and beatgrids into the files themselves in both directions, and also works with Apple Music.
Do I need to pay to use all features?
No. All basic features are free. A $30 support license is optional and unlocks additional features, with a full 30-day trial available.
Is my music data sent to the cloud?
No. KATALOG runs entirely locally on your Mac. Your audio is never uploaded for analysis or matching, there is no cloud, no telemetry, and nothing is sent anywhere.
What happens if I want a refund?
If KATALOG is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of buying.
